The invention relates to a drawer for a sink cabinet, comprising a front panel, two drawer side walls and a drawer bottom having a front panel opposite lying rearwardly open recess, wherein the recess is bounded by a diaphragm element and two side elements, and the side elements via rear wall elements with the Drawer side walls communicate. The invention further relates to a method for assembling such a drawer for a sink cabinet.
A drawer for a sink cabinet is known for example from DE 10 2012 112 157 A1. In this case, the drawer is constructed of two outer frames, a drawer bottom, a front panel, two compared to the outer frames shorter inner frames and a relation to the front panel reduced aperture element, the inner frames and the diaphragm element of the boundary of a recess for receiving Divide a sink serve. Rear wall elements are mounted between the outer and inner frames. The effort associated with the assembly of such a drawer is substantially twice as large as with a drawer without a recess, as in principle twice the number of frames, panels and rear wall panels must be mounted.
The present invention has for its object to provide a comparison with the prior art simplified drawer for a sink cabinet, which is characterized in particular by a simplified method of assembly.
This object is solved by the features of independent claims 1 and 11.
It is therefore provided according to the invention that the rear wall elements are connected via latching connections with the side elements and the drawer side walls. Such latching connections are surprisingly enough to give the drawer the necessary stability while allowing rapid assembly of the drawer.
It has been found to be advantageous if the side elements of the recess and / or the drawer side walls are connected via latching connections to the drawer bottom.
For example, the latching connection, via which the rear wall elements are connected to the side elements and the drawer side walls and / or the side elements of the recess and / or the drawer side walls with the drawer bottom, a locking groove and a corresponding web. Advantageously, the latching connection further comprises an elastic retaining means, which is arranged in a receptacle, and a recess, in which the retaining means can engage.
For secure mounting of the drawer bottom, it is advisable that the drawer bottom engages in grooves which are provided in the front panel, the rear wall elements and / or the diaphragm element of the recess.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the front panel and / or the panel element of the recess are connected to the drawer side walls or the side elements of the recess via fitting elements. In this case, the fitting elements preferably comprise at least one holder arranged on the front panel or the panel element and at least one locking element arranged in or on the drawer side walls or the side elements for the at least one holder.
In order to allow the drawer to be packed in a space-saving manner after the production of the individual components, it is possible that the drawer bottom is subdivided into segments.
A stable connection of the segments is achieved in that the segments are connected to each other via snap-in connections. Advantageously, in this case, the latching connections, via which the segments are connected to each other, latching projections and corresponding receptacles.
As mentioned at the outset, protection is also desired for a method for assembling a drawer according to the invention for a rinsing cabinet comprising the following process steps taking place one after the other: i. the panel is connected to the two side panels, ii. the recess of the drawer bottom is provided with the boundary thus formed, iii. the rear wall elements are connected via latching connections with the side elements, iv. the drawer side walls are connected to the rear wall elements, v. the front panel is connected to the drawer side walls.
According to a preferred embodiment, the drawer bottom is composed of a plurality of segments before the panel member is connected to the two side members.
To be particularly favorable, it has been found that the recess of the drawer bottom is provided with the boundary formed by the diaphragm element and the two side elements in that this limit is pushed into the recess.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the drawings. Show in it

Figure 2c shows the drawer of Figure 1a in a plan view, in which case the front panel has been omitted. FIGS. 2a and 2b show sections through the drawer along the section plane 25 shown in FIG. 2c. FIG. 2d shows the area of this section encircled in FIG. 2a in an enlarged view. It can be seen how the latching connection between the drawer bottom 5 and the drawer side walls 3 and 4 and the side elements 8 and 9 is advantageously formed. The same type of locking connection is also used in the connection of the rear wall elements 10 and 11 with the drawer side walls 3 and 4 and the side elements 8 and 9 are used.
The latching connection comprises a latching groove 13, which in the
Drawer side walls 3 and 4 and in the side members 8 and 9 is provided. In this locking groove protrudes a corresponding web 12 in, which is formed in the present case on the drawer bottom. In the latching connection between the rear wall elements 10 and 11 and the drawer side walls 3 and 4 and the side members 8 and 9, the corresponding web 12 is formed on the rear wall elements 10 and 11. To fix the drawer bottom or the rear wall elements further elastic retaining means 26 are provided, which may for example be made of plastic spring elements, said retaining means 26 milled into a right angle in the drawer side walls 3 and 4 and in the side elements 8 and 9 Grooves are arranged. The retaining means 26 engage in a recess 28 which are provided in the drawer bottom or in the rear wall elements 10 and 11 in the vicinity of the web 12.
To make the latching connection, the drawer bottom is inserted with the web 12 in the locking groove 13. In this case, the web 12 initially displaces the elastic retaining means 26, and that until the web 12 is completely arranged in the locking groove 13. In this position, the retaining means 26 can relax again by sliding into the recess 28 in regions.
FIG. 3a shows a plan view of the drawer bottom 5. FIG. 3b shows a cross section through the drawer bottom 5 along the sectional plane 21 shown in FIG. 3a. The segments 17 and 18 or 18 and 19 are connected to one another via latching connections, wherein these latching connections are identical are formed. Similarly, the segments 17 and 16 and 16 and 15 are connected together.
